Because our products are digital downloads, all sales are generally final once your purchase has been completed and the download has been delivered.

However, we want every customer to have a great experience. If you experience any issues accessing your download or believe there has been an error with your order, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase. We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds may be considered in circumstances such as:

• You were charged multiple times for the same order.
• You did not receive your digital product due to a technical issue that we are unable to resolve.
• A duplicate purchase was made by mistake.

Refunds will not typically be issued for:
